The fitness classes at SHIDO are designed for all levels of fitness and skill. Each workout is divided into four difficulty levels; beginner, intermediate, advanced and elite. Each difficulty level has different variations of the particular workout that we are doing, so you can choose which variation you would like to do on the day.

Our classes consists of the following elements:

​

Warm Up - Getting the blood flowing and preparing the body for what we have planned for the day.

​

Mobility - Working on joint mobility, flexibility, and range of motion to further prepare the body and improve overall mobility.

​

Development - Exercises to improve certain attributes such as strength, agility, balance, power, and skill to name a few.

​

Workout - This is the workout for the day that has four different difficulty levels that you can choose from.

​

Our classes not only develops your overall health and fitness, but the detailed coaching of our instructors helps you to truly understand the dynamics of each movement and how to achieve your personal health and fitness goals. Our goal is not only to provide you with high quality fitness classes, but to help you to change your lifestyle to become stronger and healthier than what you were yesterday!

We mainly use bodyweight and resistance exercises, so a large majority of the exercises that we do in class can be done anywhere with no equipment. Join our fitness classes now and take your health and fitness to the next level!
